Stephanie Yatchyshyn serves as the Human Resource Manager, bringing over 20 years of HR experience to the team. Prior to joining the Heartland Fabrication team, Stephanie managed several offices and led the recruitment, training, and development in industries including healthcare and real estate. Her expertise includes, recruitment, employee relations, employee management, policy and handbook development, and client development. Stephanie has a Bachelors of Psychology in Industrial Organization from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
