Heartland Fabrication is proud to introduce our Lincoln Electric Long Seam Power Gantry Welder. With this sub-arc equipment, we can make dual-headed, single pass, welds in excess of 120’ long. The machine boasts electronic seam tracking as well as reduced heat input. This precision instrument is used for all types of AISC work, including box and plate girder bridge fabrication. This equipment is ideal for tower and pole manufacturing in addition to advanced sheet piling applications. Located in shop #8, we can dedicate welders, fitters and crane capacity to your specific long seam welding requirements.
