Heartland Fabrication, LLC is a fully-equipped precision steel fabrication shop with a tradition of producing high-quality products and providing outstanding customer service. We possess the unique ability and willingness to fabricate large steel structures and have expanded our capabilities to include the fabrication of steel bridges and other transportation infrastructure. Our facility is backed by an in-house engineering staff committed to meeting our customer’s specifications.
INDUSTRY CERTIFICATIONS
Every state Department of Transportation (DOT) requires that state’s bridge fabricators to be certified through the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). Heartland Fabrication, LLC holds the following certifications under the standards of AISC:
- Certified Bridge Fabricator – Intermediate (IBR)
- Bridge and Highway Metal Components (CPT)
- Steel Building Structures (BU)
- Hydraulic Steel Structures (HYD)
- Fracture Critical Endorsement (FC)
- Sophisticated Paint Endorsement – Enclosed (SPE)

Beam & Column Buildings
We produce main member beams and columns that can be produced at most any length and size utilizing our state-of-the-art computer numerically controlled (CNC) Peddinghaus beamline.

Long Seam Welding
We can make dual-headed, single pass, welds in excess of 120’ long. This precision instrument is used for all types of AISC work, including box and plate girder bridge fabrication.
